- The app does not collect personal data.
- Photos are processed on your device and saved only when you choose — they stay in your Photos library.
- In-app purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit; we do not run our own payment servers.
- No accounts, no analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no intentional network use by the app in v1.
- This website is static HTML/CSS only: no trackers, no cookies, no external scripts.
Data the app does not collect
Aligned with the app’s Privacy Manifest (PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy):
NSPrivacyTrackingisfalse; tracking domains are empty.NSPrivacyCollectedDataTypesis empty (no collected data types declared).- The only declared Required Reason API category is User Defaults (
CA92.1) for local preferences such as UI state — not for analytics or identity.
There is no backend, no account system, and no third-party analytics or crash reporting SDK in v1.
Camera and Photos
The app needs Camera access to capture, and Photos add-only access to save the processed JPEG when you tap shutter. It is not designed to read or browse your existing photo library for v1 save.
Frames are processed on-device (crop, color, noise, JPEG encode). Saved images remain under your control in Apple Photos.
Image metadata (EXIF)
When the optional fake-EXIF setting is on (default), the app may write Make Apple and Model set to the simulated camera name (for example iPhone 4). The product design requires that GPS/location and device serials are not written into export metadata. You can turn the fake-EXIF toggle off.
Purchases
Unlock-all is a one-time non-consumable In-App Purchase (StoreKit 2). Payment, Apple ID, receipts, Family Sharing (when enabled in App Store Connect), restore, and refunds are handled by Apple. Entitlement is determined from StoreKit verification on device; the app does not operate its own commerce server.
This website
Pages are served as static files. We do not set cookies, do not embed third-party scripts or trackers, and do not run analytics on this site. Support email is provided via mailto: links that open your own mail client.
Children
The app does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If the product’s privacy posture changes (for example adding network features), this policy will be updated. v1 scope remains: no accounts, no network, no analytics.
